It's hard to say good-bye to everyone. *Sigh* I've been dreading it all day. Olympics news today: In the women's medley relay we got silver, which is still pretty kick-ass. I like a lot of the girls like Natalie and Amanda and Kara Lynn. They're all really cool, and should get as much exposure as the men. They probably do; it's just that i'm straight so i'm not attracted to them even though i agree that Natalie and Amanda are really pretty. In the men's medley relay we set another world record! :) Crocker did not disappoint, and i'm quite proud of him except that part when he reached into his speedo before the race. You know, Ian, we ALL KNOW you're naked under there... *shudder* Piersol's such a cutie and Hansen seems like such a sweet guy. Lezak is... Lezak. I'm not familiar with him, so i haven't acquired an attachment to him like i did the rest of the team... (except in Crocker's case it's sort of a wary attachment). Seeing Michael Phelps in close and dry was... something new. I wasn't used to it and nearly freaked out. I feel like my day is somehow incomplete... like it's missing something, which means i've now officially gone into Michael withdrawal. OR maybe just swimming withdrawal in general. Watching track and field just doesn't CUT it. I'm rooting for Alan Webb, still, even after yesterday's somewhat disatrous race. He got hurt. :( Jeremy Wariner seems like... Michael Phelps on land. Well, wait, techinically no. Michael Phelps doesn't move that quickly on land. Okay, HYPOTHETICALLY if the LAND were WATER... never mind... i think you get what i mean. He's really fast. *thumbs up* I want to watch Toby Stevenson. He's supposed to be quite a crowd pleaser. :D But still... it's like there's an empty hole. Now everytime i see a swimming pool on TV i get excited. I CAN ONLY SEE MICHAEL PHELPS IN COMMERCIALS NOW!!! *hyperventilates* Okay. You're daily picture dump:

For a guy with a HUGE underbite, he has the cutest smile i have ever seen in my entire life. You know what his nickname should be? Dumbo. Because he has huge ears and just FLIES through that water. *sigh* I wish i were his Speedo. Ummmmmm... you didn't just read that...
